The bracelet I ordered was freaking tiny. It doesn’t even fit on my small ass wrist. They offered to remake it for 20% off and all it needs is a few chains put on it. The customer service is rude and ridiculous.

The Steel Shop was unable, or unwilling, to help with resizing. The item also seemed smaller than expected, but I wasn’t sure what 5MM would be.

Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over de kwaliteit van deze armband. Hij is extreem licht en erg klein, helemaal niet wat ik had verwacht voor deze prijs!
Zeer behulpzaam met hulp bij het graveren. Ik wilde iets laten graveren dat 1 teken te veel was voor de armband dan wat de website toestond. Ik nam contact met hen op en ze reageerden heel snel en vriendelijk en konden het voor mij regelen. Bovendien hielpen ze ervoor te zorgen dat mijn aankoop en bestelling correct waren met de gravure, en het resultaat was geweldig.
