I had a problem with the sizing. I requested an exchange, but they sent me the exact same size. It is not the size I asked for, and the clasp doesn't work properly. I am very dissatisfied.

Am in the process of returning it as there was a defect in the bracelet. I am curious why you charge the customer to pay for return shipping if it was defective when I received it? Not good business.
I spent $100 on a silver and gold cord bracelet, and it broke twice. The quality is very cheap, and I strongly recommend not wasting your money. The end caps (the metal pieces that connect the cord to the clasp) are poorly made, and the bracelet only lasted about one to two months at most.

De foto laat de armband dikker lijken dan hij in werkelijkheid is. Niet wat ik had verwacht.
De armband is te dun.
Dit is vooral mijn schuld, maar het is niet duidelijk hoe je deze armband losmaakt en ik heb zeker één uiteinde van het rode koord losgemaakt. Ik heb het naar tevredenheid kunnen repareren, maar het zou handig zijn als er een specifieke handleiding bij zat, omdat het niet duidelijk is welke instructies je moet volgen. Hij is wel mooi. Mensen vinden hem leuk staan. Ik doe hem gewoon nooit af.
Beiden als bijpassende paararmband en we hebben ze sinds de levering niet meer afgedaan! Ze hebben douches, trainingen, handen wassen enz. doorstaan en zijn nog steeds in perfecte staat! Geen tekenen van rafelen of slijtage aan de stalen sluiting. Super tevreden met de aankoop! Ziet er erg mooi uit, zowel alleen als in combinatie met andere armbanden.

Echt niet de prijs waard. Ik zou het hebben teruggestuurd als dat niet £ 20 had gekost. Ik zou niet opnieuw bij dit bedrijf kopen.
