I am extremely happy how this turned out! After 13 years, we lost our beloved Texas. When he passed my son said he wanted to have a pendant with his ashes like we have with my parents. I recently had to say goodbye to another one of my dogs and needed a new pendant to add her ashes to it so I can now carry the ashes of the 5 dogs I lost over the years. I came across this amazing pendant and all I can say is that I absolutely LOVE it! Not only Yinette was extremely helpful at customizing it the way I wanted but the end results is just perfect. I wanted the initials of my 5 dogs separated by a paw print of the left side so they are facing my heart when I wear it. Thank you so much!!!

Im very confident in the build quality and it lasting for many years. The only negative thing I have to mention is that it doesnt seem anywhere near worth the price at all but other than that I have full confidence in the product lasting for years to come, it just feels like very quality $60 jewelry not $120. But if the price is ingored I would recommend this product 10x over

Het is een mooie ketting, ik kocht hem voor mijn man wiens hond in 2023 overleed en ik wilde dat hij iets had om haar as in te dragen.
De urnketting is prachtig. Hij is heel sierlijk zodat het niet helemaal opvalt dat het een urn is, wat ik geweldig vind. De gravure is geweldig geworden.
Deze waren allebei voor mijn dochters, want deze week is het eerste jaar zonder hun moeder.
Een paar weken geleden heb ik mijn beste vriendin/bontkindje verloren. Ik ging op zoek naar iets waar ik haar as in kon doen om altijd bij me te dragen. De kwaliteit is geweldig en de gravures (niet afgebeeld) zijn perfect. Kwam erg snel en er paste verrassend veel as in. Enige "klacht" is dat ik wilde dat er een soort kit of trechter bij zat om de as wat makkelijker over te brengen, of dat er een exacte asmaat werd gegeven om het giswerk weg te nemen.

Well, I can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like this before. When I ordered my custom engraved matte rectangle bar urn pendant, something I was really anticipating after a difficult family loss, I honestly expected a pretty standard turnaround time. With the website noting that personalized orders take 3–5 business days, and since I ordered on a Friday morning, I figured it would be at least a week and a half before it showed up. I got my order confirmation right away around 7:30 a.m., but what really surprised me was getting a shipping confirmation just over three hours later. I was impressed, but I’ll admit I wondered if it had been sent out by mistake without the engraving. Nope. FedEx did their thing and had it at my door just 26 hours later, traveling nearly 2,000 miles, all with free standard shipping. Needless to say, I was relieved and happy to see the pendant was engraved exactly how I wanted. It has a great weight to it and feels very durable and well made. I’d definitely recommend ordering from The Steel Shop for the quality, craftsmanship, and just incredibly fast service. Thank you!
My first order had a mistake in the engraving but the team was very responsive in getting me a replacement sent. The jewelry piece itself is very nice and the support team was very pleasant and competent. Would recommend.
It's better than expected, I get completes on it and I get to still have a best friend(Loki my German Shepard) with me still.
The shipping to the US sucked. But that was fedex’s fault. The steel shop did great on getting it taken care of. I love my necklace. And I get to carry around my best friend with me at all times. Beautiful and well made necklace. Would def buy again.

I added a little bitbof super glue to hold in my nephews ashes. 3 yeats later this is still beautiful and close to my heart with no issue. The chain is very strong and durable.
